See, that’s why I like you Mahoney. Last night for kicks, I put together a twelve month list of potential themes to write on and 2/3rds of your list was on there. Adding barbecue recipes right now (I’ll be making baba ghanoush on the grill in the next day or so).
Off the top of my head:
Leadership and small(er) teams
Managing versus Leading versus Contributing
Balancing personal and professional relationships within the workplace
Effective communication techiniques for conversations up, across, and down the org
Father, Friend, Colleague: how each role has influenced your approach to work and leadership.
