Today I earned my ACC coaching credential. No, I’m not trying to replace Bronco Mendenhall. It is the associate certified coach credential (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As many of you know, I’ve been working this year to complement my PMP (project management professional) credential with my coaching certification from the ICF. It took more than sixty hours of classwork, ten mentoring hours, one hundred client hours, and a Pearson Vue test (you know you love them) to earn. With both my PMP and ACC, I hope to provide cross-discipline coaching for high- and growing-capacity leaders.
Each of you has been a part of helping me get here. So, I wanted to extend a big thank you. In all of our professional development, we are in this together. I couldn’t have done this without the community of men who have so graciously allowed me to enter into their obstacles and challenges to offer whatever coaching help I could provide.
Thank you!
